PBL framework for Digital Collaborative Teacher Training

PBL framework for Digital Collaborative Teacher Training (PBL4COLLABTT)” project, in which Koç University Learning and Teaching Office (KOLT) is a partner, was awarded the support of the Portuguese National Agency within the scope of Erasmus+ KA 220 Cooperation Partnerships. The project will be carried out in partnership with 5 different universities from 4 countries: Universidade de Minho and Universidade Católica Portuguesa from Portugal; Vilnius University from Lithuania; Munster Technological University from Ireland and Koç University from Turkey.

The main purpose of the project is to develop and investigate teacher training and innovation more systematically, and to provide initiatives that prepare teachers to innovatively deal with a digital world where both face-to-face and online teaching practices will tend to co-exist. As an output, a framework and open access materials will be created in coordination with project partner experts focusing on Problem and Project-Based Learning approaches that will help higher education institutions to make an improved contribution for an inclusive and sustainable world.

The first meeting of the project was held in Braga between 5- and 7 December 2023. Representatives from partner universities discussed the project deliverables, timeline, and online platforms to be used for dissemination.
