Öğretim Üyeleri için Mesleki Gelişim
Koç Üniversitesi’nde profesyonel gelişim, öğretim ve araştırmadaki yüksek standartları yakalamak amacıyla hayat boyu mesleki gelişime adanmışlık anlamına gelmektedir. KOLT öğrenci öğrenmesine destek olmak için öğretim üyelerininin derslerinde öğretim yöntemlerini sürekli olarak geliştirmelerini destekleyici bir misyon benimsemiştir. KOLT öğretim üyelerine profesyonel gelişimlerini desteklemek amaçlı birçok program sunmaktadır. Bu programlar: öğretimde yenilik ödülleri, dönem ortası ders değerlendirmeleri, workshop ve seminerler, video geri bildirimli toplantılar ile fakülte üyeleriyle bire bir toplantılardır. Her dönem olabildiğince çok öğretim üyesine bu hizmetleri sunmaya özen göstermekteyiz.
